MACHINARIES
Pickling & Phosphating Line
We have a well equipped Pickling & Phosphating plant where phosphating process is carried out to produce a surface conversion layer of uniform and compact thickness and strongly anchored to the surface in order to facilitate cold forming or further drawing operations on the material.
Our Annual Pickling Production Capacity is 10000 MT
Inverted Verical Drawing Machine
We Installed Two latest Imported Inverted Drawing Machines where we can make continuous production of Carbon , Boron as well as Alloy steel of single coil weight of 1000 Kgs without any joints or Weld . We can supply coil ID of 900 to 1000 mm . Other than this we have conventional type drawing Machine where we can produce Coil id of 450 to 750 mm with a weight range of 250 to 600 Kgs

Bell Furance
We have two High Performance Nitrogen atmosphere Annealing Plants for the heat treatment of high-quality Carbon , Boron & Alloy steel wires which are used mainly for the manufacturing of complex cold extruded parts, nuts and bolts and other fastening systems. The use of nitrogen as protective gas provides cleanest wire surfaces, a homogeneous microstructure and uniform mechanical properties.
Due to an optimized recirculation of the protective gas, Wire and Wire achieves the desired uniformity of mechanical properties and structure.
Our Annual Drawing Production Capacity is 3600 MT
Annealing Furnace for Binding Wire
We have One High Performance Annealing furnace Which mainly used for the manufacturing soft Annealed Wire which provides cleanest wire surfaces and uniform mechanical properties. Due to an optimized recirculation of the protective gas, Wire and Wire achieves the desired uniformity of mechanical properties and structure. Our Annual Drawing Production Capacity is 500 MT
Laboratory
Our Lab is fully equipped with testing equipment like Tensile testing , Upset Testing . Hardness Tester , Moulding Machine , Microscope for Spherodoize testing. Testing is carried out at all stages from Receiving Inspection to Final Inspection and utmost care is taken at all stages to maintain quality as per Customer , National as well as International standards
